Q.

Why do I feel dizzy?

Recently I've been going light headed and slightly dizzy when getting up quickly out of a chair. I have lost weight steadily and eaten healthily and feel great otherwise. Would you say I am slightly dehydrated? - i'm not thirsty.

I’d suggest it’s more likely that your blood pressure is low, which isn’t generally a health problem unless you start to feel debilitating faintness. It think  it would be a very good idea to see your GP for a diagnosis however. Generally speaking, people with a low blood pressure have a reduced risk of heart disease and stroke, so if this is the problem it may be a good thing, not a bad one.
