1) Please can you give me some ideas of what toppings to put on my cracker breads that are low fat because I am not supposed to eat too much fat because of my cholesterol.

If you?re watching your cholesterol you are looking for fillings that are either low fat, or if they do contain fat have a high proportion of mono, poly and especially omega-3 fats, Some ideas that spring to mind are reduced fat hummus, mackerel pate, vegetarian pates such as the Cauldron range, tinned salmon mashed with a little low fat yogurt, or lean wafer ham turkey or ham.
