For my work lunch each day I have about 40g pasta twist (tri coloured) 1 tablespoon of light mayo and either a very small amount of grated cheese properly about 2 tablespoon grated,or 1 piece of ham chopped up and 2 small cooked beetroot, is this a good [:)] or bad lunch [:(] I enjoy it and it fills me up , sometimes I follow with a mullerlight layer but other times wait till I get home. if bad how can I change it for the good and still enjoy it, by the way I hate fish so please don't say tuna [lol]
Finally, if you hate fish so much, you should consider getting valuable omega-3 fats from fortified sources, like Columbus eggs and Advance milk.
