How much weight have you lost and how long did it take?

I have lost 6st 1lb85lbs38.6kg in a period of 8 months. I reached my target on 7th February 2021.

What prompted your decision to lose weight?

I made my decision after I had a health scare.

How did you hear about Nutracheck?

My husband found your website while looking on the web.

Has your weight stayed fairly consistent over the years, or have you always had to manage it?

In the earlier part of my life with quite strenuous work and attending a gym my weight remained constant. Unfortunately it began to increase with changing my job and not attending the gym.

How easy was it to fit the changes you made into your lifestyle?

During the lockdowns over the year it has been possible to walk for up to 3 hours a day. Also when creating meals at home there is more time to calorie count with portion control and making each meal more interesting.

What was the most difficult thing?

Most certainly the hardest and most difficult thing to deal with was the lack of sweets and biscuits, which I have replaced with fruit and low calorie treats.

How do you feel now compared to before?

I have more energy, more mobility and food seems to have more flavour.

Any notable milestones to report?

Definitely being able to have a complete choice of clothing in shops, as opposed to having to order larger sizes online.

What 3 tips would you give to anyone who has weight to lose?

  1. Keep to the calorie allowance Nutracheck sets you as often as you can.
  2. Vary your meals and make them interesting. If you still feel hungry, bulk out using green salad.
  3. Ask for support from your family and friends.
