How much weight have you lost and how long did it take?

I have lost 3st 3 lbs in just over 7 months.

What prompted your decision to lose weight?

I had a health issue and my ex seemed to dislike the weight gain. I also wanted to achieve a goal to boost my self-esteem and to show determination and strength to those around me who were doubting me in a lot of aspects of my life.

How did you hear about Nutracheck?

I searched the App Store and found Nutracheck to be the app that delivered the tools I needed to succeed.

Has your weight stayed fairly consistent over the years, or have you always had to manage it?

My weight had stayed pretty consistent around the 10st mark until my mid-thirties and then I did gain weight slowly up to my mid 40s. I have lost weight before but it came back on at the age of 47.

How easy was it to fit the changes you made into your lifestyle?

I was so determined to succeed that nothing phased me. I viewed any hardship as an achievement and the app really helped keep everything in check.

What was the most difficult thing?

The whole process of weight loss and lifestyle changes is a challenge.

How do you feel now compared to before?

I feel amazing but I have to say that some days the lack of food or sugar did affect my moods.

Any notable milestones to report?

I did find that weight would drop off then go back up slightly then drop below again once I understood that it was easier not to get disheartened.

What tips would you give to anyone who has weight to lose?

Just keep focusing on how you are doing and celebrate each pound lost as the goal not the end goal.
