How much weight have you lost and how long did it take?

I have lost just over 3st42lbs19kg and it took 9 months.

What prompted your decision to lose weight?

Not being able to fit in my clothes and feeling fed up with the way I look. I suffer from asthma and was struggling a lot with a tight chest.

How did you hear about Nutracheck?

Through Beeweighed, the weight loss group I attend.

Has your weight stayed fairly consistent over the years, or have you always had to manage it?

I've always had to manage it, but it started creeping up even more after I had my children.

How easy was it to fit the changes you made into your lifestyle?

Very easy. Lynda, the leader of our Beeweighed group, recommended the app and regularly gives us tips on how to use it effectively. This has made it easy to manage and fit into what is going on in my life every week.

What was the most difficult thing about your weight-loss journey?

Getting started, but with the support from my Beeweighed group and using the app, this became easier and easier.

How do you feel now compared to before?

I feel amazing. I feel confident and love shopping for clothes, whereas before I hated clothes shopping and would never buy anything online.

Any notable milestones to report/non-scale victories?

Breathing is better. Wearing heels has become much more comfortable and less painful. I am actually excited to go abroad this year and buy new clothes for the trip, knowing I'll feel good about what I'm wearing.
