I have lost 7 and a half stone already and I'm just doing your trial as I still need to lose another 3 stone 3 lbs. What is the best things to do for your belly as mine is very saggy I have had to c sections as well which doesn't help I have been using the abs cradle at the gym and using firming lotion but what else can I do and how often should I do it? I have lost a lot of weight on my boobs and they are very stretched, what things could help them?
